What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your bedding or furniture ships, we will send a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Do you offer a sleep trial on mattresses?
Yes, we offer a 100-night risk-free sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after a 30-night break-in period, you can return it for a full refund.
How should I care for my luxury linens?
To maintain the quality of our cotton and linen sets, we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat to prevent shrinkage and preserve fiber integrity.
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, though larger furniture items may require additional time for white-glove delivery.
What is your return policy for home decor?
Unused and unwashed items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, pillows and duvets cannot be returned once opened.
Do you provide assembly services for bed frames?
Yes, we offer a White Glove Delivery service for an additional fee, which includes professional assembly in your room of choice and removal of all packaging materials.
